Biography

Calogero di Miceli is born and baptized on 18 April 1848, the fourth of five children of Biagio di Miceli, a farmer, and his second wife, Salvatrice Oliveri. His godparents are Calogero and Lucia Cortimiglia, brother and sister.

Biagio dies at age 50 (b. 1805) on 22 January 1856.

Salvatrice dies at age 82 (b. 31 Jan 1811) on 15 July 1893.

Calogero dies the month before his 46th birthday, on 31 March 1894. He is unmarried. His parents have both died by this time.
